About Business Services
Business Services provides a full range of class leading information technology, facilities management, finance, HR and health and safety services to all operating entities of the University.
The Infrastructure Services portfolio is comprised of five service clusters:
- Applications and Technology Management responsible for data centre and facilities, network and telephony, storage, servers, access and security
- Campus Services responsible for maintenance, infrastructure, sustainability, cleaning, security, transport and utilities
- Client Services responsible for the Service Centre, onsite support, service management, and relationship management
- Research Computing Services responsible for research specific infrastructure
- Space Management responsible for spatial analysis, spatial data management and leasing management
- Melbourne Bioresources responsible for the provision and maintenance of facilities, handling, transport and storage of animals
About the Role
You will provide support to all University staff and students relating to services underpinned by Microsoft Endpoint and Citrix technologies. Acting as the Technical SME and working closely with the Microsoft Endpoints Team Leader, you will ensure that this technology stack is built, run and scaled to achieve key outcomes in line with core business objectives. You will support the team lead to provide guidance and leadership in the management of the Microsoft and Citrix endpoint domain's roadmap.

Your excellent interpersonal skills will support you in managing external vendors and outsourced services to delivery effective service outcomes. You will be solutions-focused, with a particular interest in using automation tools to streamline the delivery of technology services.
