Salary Range:$115,325 - $123,405 p.a.

Lead Change Management Specialist job with FLINDERS UNIVERSITY | 278895

Under broad direction, the role is responsible for the design, development and delivery of change management services to the University, through alignment with and continuous improvement of with existing Change Management frameworks, principles, guardrails and design standards with an overall focus on people impacts.

The role is also responsible for the deployment of change management resources where required to prioritised and funded capital improvement projects and material business changes including but not limited to organisation redesign, delivery or new programs or establishment of new functions.

The position reports to the Associate Director Organisational Development and Diversity and will be a key advisor to the P&C leadership team on strategic change management. From time to time there may be dotted lien reporting arrangements to key project leads delivering material change.
