Career & Tech Ed ceremony recognizes East Baltimore County students

The 48th annual Career and Technical Education (CTE) Student Recognition Ceremony recognized several East Baltimore County seniors as exemplary students. Each of these students will receive the Anthony G. Marchione Award for Excellence, according to a Baltimore County Public Schools press release.

For the ceremony, more than 30 seniors submitted video testimonials about their CTE experiences, and excerpts from these videos were featured throughout the program.

Only one student could be selected from each CTE program at each high school. Students honored in the ceremony are listed below along with the names of the businesses/organizations where they worked or interned:

High school CTE programs give students the opportunity to transition smoothly into postsecondary education and to earn college credit and/or industry credentials in a career field of interest.
